試驗報告與證書
 

目前國內所參考之驗收建議為國際後張預力混凝土協會(FIP)所制定頒布之「後張預力系統驗收建議」，該建議中所進行之試驗項目，包含靜載試驗、動載試驗及荷載傳遞試驗等，即為工程規範中所要求之型式檢驗項目。

其中，「後張預力系統驗收建議」提到：

本建議適用於在混凝土結構中建立永久預加力的後張預力系統。為檢測試驗室、技術審定申請者、驗收單位等，就上述系統的驗收和品質保證進行檢測所提出的指導原則，包括下面項目：

• 保證結構構件安全性和耐久性所需的驗收要求和性能要求

• 規定應當完成的試驗的證書要求

• 為保證後張預力系統在施工中正確地實現性能要求而制定的品質控制要求

靜力載重試驗報告Static load test
	試驗目地為檢測預力錨具組合的性能及對鋼絞線的錨碇能力 The aim of the test is to assess the performance of tendon-anchorage assembly and determine any decrease of the breaking load of pre-stressing steel due to the influence of the anchorage.
動力載重試驗報告
	目的為測定預力系統的抗疲勞能力以及動態載重下的可靠性與耐久性。 The aim of the test is to  determine the capacity of the tendon – anchorage assembly under load fluctuations as an indication of reliability and durability of the assembly . 試驗須通過200萬次的反覆載重無破壞情形發生 After  2 million cycles without failure more than 5 % of the initial cross-section of the tested tendon.
載重傳遞試驗報告
	驗證錨座架與端錨後方螺旋防爆鋼筋之預力傳遞能力 With the load transfer test, the transfer of pre-stressing force from mechanical anchorage and its components to the concrete should be verified.
